Our Mission
The mission of Recovery Center USA, and its subsidiaries, is to become the premier behavioral health provider of the communities we serve. Our team of behavioral health professionals work collaboratively to serve our clients’ behavioral health needs with a trauma-informed lens. At The Recovery Center USA, our goal is to provide services that aspire our clients to excellence while helping our communities achieve a healthier lifestyle.
We do this by promoting healing, resiliency, and empowerment through a holistic system of care.
Alumni Success Story
My name is Adam Dixon, and I am a housing manager for The Recovery Center of Ohio’s transitional housing in Columbus, OH.
The Recovery Center of Ohio (RCOO) gave me a chance at a new life when I had no where to go, I started off as a client in Cincinnati.
With the help and guidance from several staff members, I realized we do recover.
There are so many staff members that have had an impact on my life.
Being at RCCO has given me the drive and passion to further develop a career in recovery.

Our Vision
The vision of The Recovery Center is clear and distinctive. Our vision is to become a premier behavioral health provider that treats a plethora of mental health and substance abuse disorders across all systems of care.
We acknowledge that service excellence and a genuine concern for those who entrust us with their care are key components of this vision. As such, we avidly accept the responsibility of educating, informing, and supporting our consumers, and elevating.

Our History
Where We Started
2016
In 2016, The Recovery Center USA opened its first Recovery Center in inner city Baltimore on Greenmount Avenue to provide services to those afflicted and affected by addiction.
2017
In 2017, The Recovery Center of Maryland opened its second location at 211 E. 25th Street to provide the community with more resources for curbing substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders.
2020
In 2020, Our Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Dr. Warrick Stewart-Darby, Ed.D, LPC, felt inspired to open a treatment center in Cincinnati, Ohio in response to the alarming number of opioid overdose rates.
2021
January 2021, Our Dayton, Ohio location opened its doors to the Centerville community. As time progresses, The Recovery Center of Ohio continues to expand. Our Founder decided to open facilities in Akron and Columbus, Ohio to create a continuum of care for individuals living in the areas most affected by addiction. Our Akron and Columbus locations function as the corporate offices for our Ohio operations.
2022
February 2022, The Recovery Center of Kentucky, LLC is a subsidiary of The Recovery Center USA, LLC, and originally made its community debut as a Partial Hospitalization Program in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The need to serve the wholeistic person inspired our team to provide services to the families of Kentucky that cater to the increased demand for behavioral health services for youth and families; thus, Aspire Day School was born.
2022
May 2022, Aspire Day School is ready to serve students with behavioral health and educational needs in Elizabethtown and Louisville, Kentucky. Our Day Treatment program integrates education with Mental Health by conducting MAP Growth Assessments, giving students educational enrichment opportunities, and facilitating family therapy and individual therapy sessions to ensure the families are collaborating with our treatment team to help our students thrive!
Present
The Recovery Center USA is expanding its reach and will be providing dual-diagnosis addiction treatment services to the communities of Pennsylvania and Tennessee. We are motivated by becoming the premier behavioral health provider of the communities we serve while applying a trauma-informed lens when creating individualized treatment plans that aspire our clients to excellence and help them achieve a healthier lifestyle.
