Giving Clients the Tools to Live a Sustainable Lifestyle

Find support and stability in your journey towards sobriety with Transitional Housing. Our program offers transitional housing for individuals in recovery, along with group therapy sessions to aid in your journey.

Our Transitional living program helps individuals battling Substance Use Disorder transition to self-sufficient living.

Housing is available to clients with Substance Use Disorders that are transitioning from being unhoused or involved in other programs who need a transitional place to stay while focusing on sobriety.

Group therapy sessions are offered to individuals in our Intensive Outpatient Program and our Partial Hospitalization Program at The Recovery Center of Ohio.

The meeting frequency differs based on the level of care.

Levels of Care

Level 2.1 (IOP)

All-day Behavioral Healthcare that allows patients to return home in the evening.

Level 3.1 (IP)

Residential, Low intensity SUD Treatment in a Clinically Managed environment.

Level 3.3 (IP)

Residential, Clinically Monitored, Population-Specific, High Intensity SUD Treatment & Behavioral healthcare.

All of these programs last 30 days.

Multidimensional Assessment

We assess each individual’s state in regards to the dimensions below to holistically determine which program we think will be most effective on their journey to recovery.

Acute intoxication and/or Withdrawal Potential.

Emotional, Behavioral, or Cognitive Conditions and Complications

Biomedical Conditions and Complications

Readiness to Change

Relapse, Continued Use, or Potential of Continued Problems

Living and Recovery Environment

Continuum of Care Levels

Once an individual has been assessed, they will be referred to or enrolled in one of the following programs.

Early Intervention
0.5

Individual is at risk for substance addiction and could use some coachin before experimentation becomes habit.

Outpatient (OP)
1

Individual has completed a treatment program previously but still needs some guidance.

Intensive Outpatient and/or Hospitalization (IOP)
2

Individual needs lots of help but would still like to participate in work and family obligations.

Residential/Inpatient (IP)
3

Individual needs to be away from their normal environment to be able to fully recover.

Intensive Inpatient (IIP)
4

Individual needs to stay long-term in an environment where their medication is regularly monitored.
